Our Thailand wedding packages cover the venue, guest rooms, décor, Indian and Jain catering, entertainment, photography, guest travel and on-day coordination. Ceremonies can be set on a Phuket or Khao Lak beach, under Krabi’s limestone cliffs, at a Hua Hin resort, or in a Bangkok riverside ballroom. Choose Your Thailand Wedding Experience
Most Indian couples choose one of four wedding experiences in Thailand, or combine two across a three- to four-day celebration. A beach wedding features sunset pheras overlooking the Andaman Sea in Phuket, Khao Lak or Krabi, while a full-resort wedding brings every function and guest together at one large resort. Couples seeking a grand celebration often opt for a city ballroom wedding in Bangkok, complete with river or skyline views, while those looking for a cultural blend can pair their Indian ceremony with a traditional Thai blessing. Popular combinations include a beach ceremony in Khao Lak or Phuket followed by a ballroom sangeet at the same resort, or a Bangkok reception after a beach wedding in Hua Hin or Pattaya.

Beach Wedding Package (Phuket, Khao Lak, Krabi)
A beach wedding puts your mandap on the sand facing the Andaman Sea, with the sunset behind your pheras. It’s the most booked experience among our Indian couples.
What’s included: A beachfront mandap with floral and fabric décor, a sunset ceremony slot, a beach baraat with dhol, and a lawn or beach reception. Fire dancers, a live band or a DJ are optional.
Best places: Phuket for the widest choice of resorts, Khao Lak for quieter beaches and large resorts, and Krabi for cliffs and bays.
Best season: November to April on the Andaman coast.
Full-Resort Wedding Package (Private Buyout)
A full-resort wedding gives your families one property, with a different space for every function: haldi by the pool, mehendi in the garden, sangeet in the ballroom, and pheras on the beach.
What’s included: a full or partial resort booking, separate venues for each event, welcome kits, and a dedicated resort events team.
Best places: Khao Lak and Phuket for large groups, and Hua Hin and Pattaya for easy access from Bangkok.

City Ballroom Wedding Package (Bangkok)
A Bangkok wedding suits large, formal celebrations, with pillarless ballrooms, riverside lawns and rooftop venues.
What’s included: a ballroom reception, a riverside or rooftop sangeet, stage and LED production, multi-cuisine banquets, and guest rooms in the same hotel. At riverside hotels, the baraat can even arrive by boat on the Chao Phraya.
Best for: 300+ guests, short trips, and families who want shopping and sightseeing between events. Bangkok ballrooms work year-round, whatever the weather.
Thai Fusion Wedding Package
A Thai fusion package adds traditional Thai elements to your Indian wedding, from a full Thai blessing to a single cultural performance.
What’s included: a Rod Nam Sang water-pouring blessing, where elders pour blessed water over the couple’s hands; a Sai Sin sacred white thread ritual; Thai floral garlands; and a Thai classical dance or Muay Thai show for guests. A Thai food station at the welcome dinner is a guest favourite.
Best for: couples who want guests to experience local culture alongside the Hindu, Sikh or Christian ceremony.
Entertainment for sangeet and reception nights is easy to arrange locally, including live bands, singers and choreographed dance acts. Hotel staff in the main wedding cities are used to Indian ceremonies and can handle requests around food, décor and ritual timing.
Travel, Visa and Season Essentials
- Flights: about 2.5 hours from Kolkata, 3–4 hours from Chennai and Bengaluru, and 4–4.5 hours from Delhi and Mumbai to Bangkok. Direct flights also reach Phuket. Krabi, Koh Samui and Hua Hin usually connect through Bangkok.
- Visa: since 15 September 2026, Indian passport holders can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. Visa on Arrival is no longer offered to Indians.
- Arrival card: every guest, including children, must file a free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 72 hours before arrival.
- Passports: each guest needs a passport valid for at least six months.
- Best season: November to April for Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi; January to April for Koh Samui; and November to February for Bangkok, Hua Hin and Pattaya.
